What counts as one check?
One completed reference on one referee. You're only charged when a check completes — never for unanswered attempts.
What's the difference between Standard and Phone?
A Standard check ($2.50) runs over text chat, a web form, or an in-browser call. A Phone check ($5.50) adds us ringing the referee's mobile — which gets the best response rates.
What are the add-ons?
Optional extras at $2.50 each — call recording, full transcript, multi-language, and premium verification. Add them only when you want them.
Do prices include the verification checks?
Voice reference checks today. Identity, right-to-work, licence and police checks are priced per check as they launch.
