Agreement
By using RefChecker you agree to these terms. If you're using RefChecker on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.
Using the service
You're responsible for having a lawful basis to run reference checks on the people whose details you submit, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Demo calls
The demo call is provided so you can experience the product. It's limited to one call per number and is for evaluation, not production use.
Billing
Checks are billed per check as described on our pricing page, including any optional add-ons you select.
Availability
We work to keep RefChecker available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranties except as required by law.
